Last call for Sydney entries as
registration closes on Oct. 20
SYDNEY, October 14, 2010 – Time is running out to enter Sydney’s corporate social event of the year – the J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge® at Centennial Park.
Registration for the Corporate Challenge – a 5.6km road race with a fabulous post-race party – will end at 5 p.m. on Wednesday 20th October. This will allow organizers to tailor each entrant's bib number to successfully implement the colour-coded "pulse start" and chip timing. With this system, the fastest racer, every walker and all in-between will be lined up properly and have an accurate finish time.
The J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge will be held on Wednesday 10th November and benefits Football United. Remember, while you need a minimum of four employees from your company to form a team, there is no limit to the participation. Your entire office can be on the starting line for Sydney's most unique sporting/social event.
If you need assistance please call 1300 619 409 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Before you finalise your team, please note that you have several different payment methods available. Please click here for payment information.
After you enter the Corporate Challenge, you will want to plan how to get out to Centennial Park. There are several options available:
- Charter Coach or Bus: Bus charters can be booked by the official J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge transport provider Veolia Transport. Please contact Julie Gilbert by phone on 02 8700 0555, fax on 02 8700 0590 or by email at email@example.com to book. If you have booked a bus through another company, please contact the Event Team on 1300 619 409 to arrange access to Centennial Park. Please note: No buses will be allowed into the park without official accreditation.
- Public Bus: Coming from the City, we recommend you catch a bus to the Paddington Gates. Catch a #333, #380 or #381 bus from Circular Quay, Elizabeth Street or Oxford Street.
- Car: We encourage participants to car pool where ever possible. There will be no parking for participants within Centennial Park. Participants are strongly encouraged to use public transport wherever possible. Those who need to drive should park in the Entertainment Quarter parking and take the free event shuttle bus into Centennial Park, which will drop you close to the race site.
The first-place men’s, women’s and mixed teams at the 2010 J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge in Sydney will advance to compete in the JPMorgan Chase Corporate Challenge Championship, to be held in April 2011 in Singapore.
