No Championship event in 2009;
to be re-tooled for 2010 Series

NEW YORK, June 18, 2009 — JPMorgan Chase & Co., owners and operators of the JPMorgan Chase Corporate Challenge Series, released the following statement today regarding the status of the 2009 Corporate Challenge Championship event.

At JPMorgan Chase we are continually working to improve the experience of our Corporate Challenge and to bring new innovations to the event. To that end we have decided not to hold the 2009 Series Final on Park Avenue in October as we plan for a new venue for the Championship in 2010. We will keep you informed once details are finalized.

We will continue to provide Tiffany Awards to the Top 5 teams in the men's, women's and mixed divisions at all 2009 Corporate Challenge Worldwide Series events. We appreciate the continuing support of your company's participation in our Series.
