BOSTON, April 2, 2012 — Online registration for the 29thannual J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge® in Boston is now available. The 3.5-mile team road race/post-race party will be held on Thursday, July 12 with a 7:15 p.m. starting horn at Boston Common.
The 2011 Corporate Challenge reached a full capacity of 12,000 entrants for the 17th year in row. This history indicates that this year's event will sell-out as well. Companies should begin their registration as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
The entry fee for the 2012 J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge in Boston is $45 per entrant and the JPMorgan Chase Foundation will make a donation on behalf of all participants to the Emerald Necklace Conservancy and Horizons for Homeless Children. Both organizations return for a second year as the beneficiaries.
Because the window to register for this event will be tight, companies are encouraged to contact boston@jpmorganchasecc.com or (888) 767-RACE if you have any questions when preparing your team.
Raytheon (men's team), Fidelity (women's) and Procter & Gamble (mixed) were the first-place teams in the 2011 Boston race, each earning an invitation to the 2012 J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge Championship in Chicago. Andrew Letherby, representing New Balance, and GZA Geoenvironmental's Jennifer Campbell were the individual first-place finishers in the men's and women's race.
