All hospitality units are fully booked for both race nights and no new bookings are being accepted. Vouchers redeemable at the dedicated voucher catering outlets are still available.

The J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge provides the ideal opportunity for corporate entertainment and team building. Entertain your guests, employees, and team on race night in the Corporate Hospitality Villages located in the centre of the course after the race.

To complete your hospitality booking, please follow the steps below.

Reserve a Marquee and Furniture

To reserve a marquee and furniture, download the Hospitality Units & Furniture Information Form and Terms & Conditions. Option One marquees are located in Hospitality Village One (within the British Genius Site) and have flooring. Option Two marquees are located in Hospitality Village Two (within the Athlete Village, on the grassy area), situated off Central Avenue. All marquees include partitioning, power, lighting, and picket fencing.

Marquee bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis and will not be reserved until a 20% deposit has been received. Please send your completed booking form, signed Terms & Conditions and 20% deposit payment, made payable to Limelight Sports Ltd, to:

The remaining 80% will be invoiced on receipt of the booking form and payment will be required within 30 days.

Order Catering

To provide catering for your marquee guests, download the Catering Information Form and Terms & Conditions. Please refer to the Menu for food offerings. Beverage choices are listed on the Catering Information Form.

Please send your completed Catering Information Form and signed Terms & Conditions to the address below, together with full payment payable to Smart Hospitality Ltd. The deadline for submitting refreshment orders is Tuesday 11 June 2013, and full payment must be made by Tuesday 18 June 2013.

Order Refreshment Vouchers

If you are not hiring a marquee but would like to provide your team with food and drink vouchers for the dedicated voucher catering outlet, please complete section 3 on the Catering Information Form and return it along with the signed Terms & Conditions and full payment to the address above.  Please refer to the Pre-Paid Voucher Menu for choices and cost. The deadline for submitting voucher orders is Tuesday, 11 June 2013. 

Please note that teams are not permitted to bring glass bottles into Battersea Park or erect gazebos. The race organizers and Battersea Park have the right to confiscate all glass bottles and remove any gazebos that are set up within the Park.

Terms & Conditions

• Your booking is not confirmed until full payment is received. Failure to meet the required payment schedule will result in loss of all deposits paid to date, and loss of your hospitality reservation including catering.
• There are two types of marquees available. Please indicate the type and size you require, based on your anticipated numbers of guests. Option One marquees are available in Hospitality Village One (within the British Genius Site). Option Two marquees are available in Hospitality Village Two (within the Athlete Village on the grassy area), situated off Central Avenue.
• Marquee positions cannot be guaranteed.
• The marquee capacities stated on the booking form are based on guests standing. These capacities are recommended by an independent Health and Safety Advisor and must be adhered to. A Health and Safety Auditor will be on site during the event to ensure that marquee capacities are not exceeded. All companies should be aware that any marquee exceeding capacity will be directed to reduce numbers until the recommended capacity is met. If you require seating and tables for your guests, the marquee capacity will be reduced. Please ensure that you understand this information before placing your order.
• Furniture is not included within your marquee. Furniture options are separately priced on the booking form. Please note that furniture for serving food and drink is organised by the caterers, and extra payment is not required.
• If you book a marquee for this event you will be required to book catering with the contracted supplier to the event – Smart Hospitality Ltd. Food and refreshments from outside sources will not be allowed into your marquee area.
• Banners, branding and balloons must not be visible from the outside of your marquee. They can, however, be placed on the interior of your marquee, facing inwards.
• In the event of client cancellation any monies paid to date are NON-REFUNDABLE. If cancellation is made after Tuesday, 11 June 2013 the client will be held liable for the outstanding balance of 80% plus any additions.
• In the unlikely event that circumstances beyond our control cause delay or abandonment of the event, this decision will be made by J.P. Morgan in consultation with Battersea Park, Limelight Sports (Race Co-ordinators) and an independent Health and Safety Consultant. J.P. Morgan and Limelight Sports will not be held liable for any loss incurred by our clients. We can only recommend that you contact your company insurers to ascertain if you are insured against such a loss.
• We have appointed approved suppliers to provide marquees and catering. Due to restrictions placed upon us by Battersea Park and Health and Safety regulations, alternative contractors may not be used.
• Your marquee and the Hospitality Villages must be vacated by 10.00pm. Last orders are at 9.30pm.
