Race Packets: Collect your race packet at the Rochester Institute of Technology, Parking Lot G on the north side of campus. Use the Ward Road entrance or campus main entrance from Jefferson Road.

Packets will also be available on race day, Tuesday, May 21 at the Information Tent in the Bowl between 1:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Race packets will not be released unless all entry fees have been paid in full.
Your race packet will contain labeled race numbers with timing chips attached and safety pins. Links to all memos, maps, rules, and the safety bulletin will be emailed to all runners so they can view this information online.
Make sure that all participants read the Runner Information Memo, the Safety Bulletin, the Series Rules, and maps. Distribute assigned race numbers and remind participants to fill out the medical emergency information on the back of the race number.
RACE DAY NOTES
- Participants must fill out the medical emergency information on the back of the race number.
- Please allow plenty of time to take the shuttle bus to the race site. Waiting times will increase significantly after 6:00 p.m. Boarding priority will be given to registered participants with race numbers. Please load the buses quickly so that everyone can get to the race in plenty of time.
There will be a $1 shuttle fee collected upon boarding at the remote lot; please bring exact change. No fee will be collected on the return trip.
- You race number contains a timing chip, and must be worn pinned to the front of your shirt, unwrinkled and uncovered. All recorded times will be listed in the results section of the website.
- Updated race day information will be posted on this website. Be sure to listen to the race night announcements for any last-minute changes.
- Drink plenty of water before the race. Water will be available at the start, along the course, and at the finish.
- Refreshments and finisher t-shirts will be available on the race evening.
- The race route is a USA Track & Field-certified 3.5-mile course.
- Company captains must confirm their team scores online using Captain Tools in the 24 hour period after the race.Unconfirmed teams will not be included in the official results.
