Getting to the Event

Traffic can be extremely congested on event day. Arrive early, use public transport and allow more traveling time to get to the event venue. Participants are strongly encouraged to take the MTR to Kowloon Station to avoid traffic congestion due to the temporary road closures.

By MTR (Recommended)  
From the MTR Kowloon Station, use Exit C1 or D1 to reach West Kowloon Cultural District via Elements and then Artist Square Footbridge. Follow the signage to “West Kowloon Cultural District” in Elements (approximately 10-15 minutes). 

By Bus / Mini Bus
Due to temporary road closures, bus stops at Hong Kong Palace Museum and Museum Drive will be suspended between 6:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. on event day. Participants are strongly encouraged to reach West Kowloon Cultural District via Elements and make their way to the venue. Please refer to the latest special traffic and transportation arrangement here.  

By Private Vehicle
Limited parking space is available at the West Kowloon Cultural District and the carriageway to the venue might be congested due to the temporary road closures. Participants who plan to drive are strongly encouraged to park at Elements and make their way to the West Kowloon Cultural District via the Artist Square Bridge. Follow the signage to “West Kowloon Cultural District” in Elements (approximately 10-15 minutes). 

By Taxi 
Participants are recommended to alight at Elements and make their way to the West Kowloon Cultural District via the Artist Square Bridge. Follow the signage to “West Kowloon Cultural District” in Elements (approximately 10-15 minutes).

Event Reminders

Wet Weather Plan
The J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge is a rain or shine event. If an extreme weather scenario affects the J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge on event day, we will alert Team Captains and participants as soon as possible. 

Displaying Race Results
Only participants who chose to display their race results upon registering will have them displayed on the Leaderboard and be eligible for Team Scoring. Verify your selection under your participant details on your Dashboard. If you would like to revise your race results choice, you may do so from your Dashboard.

Medical Information
Ensure to fill out your medical information on the back of your bib before the event begins. This information will help our medical response teams in case of an incident. Please read these important guidelines prior to the race.

Race Packets
All participant race packets will be sent to your Team Captain prior to the event, and it is the responsibility of the Team Captain to distribute the race packets to the team members. Participants are kindly requested to keep their race packs and bibs secure as replacements will not be provided in the event of misplacement or loss. Thank you for your understanding. 

Race Bibs
Your race bib is the only way we can ensure you are allocated to the correct start wave and also properly identify you on the course. Your race bib also contains your timing chip and because of this, race numbers are non-transferrable and should be pinned on the front of your shirt.

Some companies decide to create their own team shirts. If your company has organized a team shirt, you must liaise with your Team Captain about where and when you can collect this. A reminder that participants can either wear their company team shirt or their own running shirt.

Finisher Shirts
Finisher shirts will be distributed just beyond the finish line on event day. Please keep in mind that size quantities are limited. Exchanges for unworn and clean shirts are available at the Information Tent on a first-come, first-served basis.

Bag Check
Bag Check is available in the Event Village, located close to the start line. Bag Check will be open from 5:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m.

Participant Hospitality
All hospitality zones are located within the Event Village. Your wristband is your access to the hospitality area, it is non-transferable and non-replaceable and must be worn at all times during the event. These hospitality zones include both invitation-only and pre-booked options. Food and beverage will be served from 7:30 p.m. onwards.

Company Team Meeting Point
Company teams who have reserved a hospitality space will have access to their designated area from 5:00 p.m. within the Event Village. This space can also be utilized as a meeting point for your company team prior to the race. If your team did not reserve a hospitality space, please utilize the designated holding area within the Event Village near Bag Check. Kindly refrain from meeting around/near the start line to help prevent congestion. Detailed information regarding the available meeting locations will be clearly displayed onsite and marked on the Event Village information boards.
