Hospitality Order Form Coming Soon

The J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge provides the ideal opportunity for corporate entertainment and team building. Entertain your corporate team and other colleagues after the event on race night in the Corporate Hospitality Village located near the finish line. Individual marquees and catering options are available as detailed on the Hospitality Order Form.

For those companies that do not reserve a marquee but wish to provide refreshments for their team members, F&B vouchers redeemable at the public catering stalls can be purchased using the Hospitality Order Form.

Please contact us at or call us at +65 6248 5499 for any special requests. All arrangements must be made through the race organizer office. We have appointed approved suppliers to provide marquees and catering. Alternative contractors cannot be used.

To make your reservations, fill out and submit the Hospitality Order Form by email to We will send you a confirmation and invoice on receipt of your booking form. To confirm your booking, full payment must be made by TBD.  

Please note:

  • The deadline for booking is TBD. No orders or changes will be accepted after this date.
  • F&B vouchers will be couriered to Team Captains along with their race packet, about one week before the event. Please keep your vouchers safe; vouchers will not be replaced if lost once they have been sent to you.
  • For those companies who have placed a catering order, beverages will be available in the marquees from 5:00 p.m.
  • Food and beverages may not be brought into the Hospitality Village. Companies wishing to provide refreshments must use the approved caterer or purchase vouchers.

Marquee Position

Marquee slots and allocation are limited – and are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. We are unable to accept requests for specific marquee positions. Marquee positions cannot be guaranteed. We will notify you of your marquee location one week prior to the event.

Marquee Signage

Your marquee will have a sign showing your company name, affixed to the front of the marquee. If you want to place additional signage in or around your marquee, please follow these guidelines:

  • Banners up to 1m x 2m fixed on or inside your marquee are acceptable. You must bring your own materials to hang banners, and not damage the marquee in any way. Any damage to the marquee will be charged to your company after the event.
  • Signage in front of your marquee may be up to 1m x 3m but must be freestanding (e.g. weighted, not staked in the ground), and within your tent


You may set-up in your marquee between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, 26 November.
