Event dates and details announced for 49th year of J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge Series
It’s time for you and your company to prepare for the world’s largest annual celebration of fitness, teamwork and camaraderie.
The J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge Series has announced details of its 2025 schedule, featuring 3.5-mile (5.6-kilometer) road races in 16 cities across eight countries and all six permanently inhabited continents. This will be the 49th consecutive year of operation for the Series, which began with just one event in New York’s Central Park in 1977. Now there isn’t a corner of the globe that the Series does not visit.
Fresh off a successful 2024 expansion into Hong Kong, and with an eye already on a significant milestone in 2026, the J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge Series is healthier and more popular than ever. Attendance for the 2024 Series was up by a whopping 17%, to 226,695 total participants from 6,967 companies.
That 2024 attendance included 4,750 entries in Hong Kong on November 21, making it the third largest expansion market for the Corporate Challenge in the 21st Century, alongside Singapore (6,766 entries) and Johannesburg (6,144), both launched in 2004.
“At JPMorganChase, we are incredibly proud that the Corporate Challenge continues to thrive,” said Carla Hassan, Chief Marketing Officer, JPMorganChase. “It is gratifying to see how the event brings together our employees, clients and business communities across our 16 diverse locations.”
And this is just the beginning – the 2026 Series will be extra meaningful, marking it as the 50th consecutive year of operation. “We remain committed to the Corporate Challenge and we are excited to continue investing in it,” Hassan noted.
For 2025, Johannesburg will officially launch the Series on Thursday, March 13. For the next nine months, the Corporate Challenge will visit eight different locations in the United States, two in China, and one each in Argentina, Australia, England, Germany, Singapore and South Africa.
