This means your Team Captain has not completed registration for your company. Participants cannot register until the Company Team has been created. If you would like to become a Team Captain, please sign up on the Registration tab.
No. All participants must be part of a Company Team with a minimum of 4 employees. Review the Rules & Safety tab for more information.
A company can choose:
- Participant Payment: Each company employee submits their payment after agreeing to the Terms and Conditions of the Participant Entry Form.
- Company Payment: Each company submits payment after ALL employees have completed their registration form and agree to the Terms and Conditions of the Participant Entry Form.
- Split Payment: Each company may split the payment with the participant. The Team Captain will determine how much of the entry fee the company and the participant will pay.
An AAWD is an athlete with a non-visible disability and is being asked for the purposes of a results category.

No, the Team Captain must also register for their own team as a participant. The Team Captain can register for their team from their Dashboard. All participants must accept the terms and conditions of the Participant Entry Form in order to receive a race bib and participate in the race.
All participants must register themselves by creating a Participant Account and personally agree to the terms and conditions of the Participant Entry Form.
The Team Captain will be the main point of contact for their company’s participation and will help to ensure a seamless experience for their colleagues. These responsibilities include registering the Company Team, recruiting participants, finalizing team registration, payment/financing, obtaining and distributing race day materials to participants prior to the event (bib number and safety pins), and making hospitality arrangements, if desired/available.
The Team Captain is the point of contact and representative for the company. The Team Captain is not required to be present on the night of the race, however it is strongly recommended to have a co-captain and all participating company employees aware of the Series Rules and Safety listed on the J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge website.

The fee for delivery of Company race packs via tracked first-class mail will be £28 (exc. of VAT) per team and will be charged to the Team Captain after registration closes.
The start is located on East Carriage Drive (outside the Pear Tree Café). The finish is located on Central Avenue.
Due to course restrictions or permitting regulations, the local event organizer, ERC (Event Race Committee) or the Series Owner reserves the right to limit the number of participant entries before the published Race registration closing date.
The event site opens at 3:00 p.m. and closes at 10:00 p.m. We recommend runners to arrive no later than 6:00 p.m. as the race starts at 6:45 p.m.
Our event is open to all employees of corporations, businesses and financial institutions who work 25+ hours per week and have been employed by the company for at least ninety (90) days prior to race night.
Employee participants must be at least 18 years of age on date of registration. Contractors, Consultants, Temporary staff are not eligible to participate on a team.
Each company must register a minimum of four (4) entrants that meet all of the eligibility requirements to form one (1) complete team. Company teams that register less than four (4) individuals will not be accepted and will be removed from the registration system when the registration period closes.

While we strive to accommodate teams of all sizes, we also want to make sure everyone has the ability to participate. The Series Owner reserves the right to limit the team size based on capacity.
All race entries are non-refundable. There are no refunds for cancelled entries and name changes are prohibited. Only those registered to run are permitted to take part in the race and anyone found to be running in another person’s bib will be disqualified, and risks disqualification for their entire Company Team. The J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge is a rain or shine event. If an extreme weather scenario affects the J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge on race day, we will alert Team Captains and participants when possible.
We are unable to accommodate wheelchairs on our race-course for safety reasons due to a mixed terrain route. However, we welcome wheelchair users to our hospitality village spaces. We are able to support the majority of requirements for any participants with disabilities or impairments, please contact your Customer Service Team with such requests before registering so we can be certain to accommodate these as best as possible.
Yes, we welcome walkers, joggers and runners of all fitness levels to participate. All participants are allotted up to a pace of 12.4 minutes per kilometre to complete the course (1 hour and 10 minutes total) from the time they cross the race’s start line.
For safety reasons, strollers, bikes, like vehicles or any kind and non-service animals are not permitted on the course. Please see our Service Animal Policy located under the Rules & Safety tab.
Dogs are not allowed in Hospitality Village 1 (the Evolution Structure) or on the race route. Dogs are allowed in Hospitality Village 2 and all other park areas.

Yes, non-registered participants, employees and co-workers can attend the event, however only registered individuals with their assigned bib can be on race course after the start of the race.
Participants must have a wristband and be over 18 to enter the Evolution Structure in Hospitality Village 1. No guests or spectators under the age of 18 or without a wristband will be allowed into this space. All other spaces are accessible, so show up and follow onsite signage to Hospitality Village 2.
We encourage the use of public transport and cycling to the J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge London. However, please note there is no official event bike racking so please use the existing Battersea Park infrastructure. There is limited space and bikes are left at your own risk.
On the back of your race bib that you receive from your Team Captain and must wear on race day, please add any key medical conditions or allergies that the Medical Provider should be aware of when providing treatment.
Results from the Corporate Challenge are automatically populated on the Leaderboard once the event is fully completed.
Please be sure to look for your unique display name you created when registering as a Participant. For reference, your display name can be found on your Dashboard with your registration details.
Results will only be posted if you selected “yes” to the “display results” question at registration.

If you feel there is a discrepancy in the results, please contact our Customer Service Team with your full name, company and bib number. We will look into this and get back to you.
