STEP 1: CREATE YOUR TEAM

STEP 3: MAKE YOUR RESERVATION

All hospitality and/or catering options must be booked via our online Booking Form. Team Captains should complete the online Booking Forms, ensuring you have agreed to the terms and conditions, and adhered to the payment information & terms. All Evolution, Hospitality Village 2 Marquee and Picnic Booking Forms must be accompanied with a Catering booking. It is not possible to have hospitality without associated catering.

STEP 4: FINALISE YOUR HOSPITALITY PAYMENT

Bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis and will not be reserved until a deposit (Hospitality Evolution & Hospitality Village 2 Marquee) or full payment (Picnic Area) has been received. Your hospitality booking will only be confirmed once you have received a confirmation email from the Hospitality Manager of the race organisers via the Customer Service at london@corpchallenge.jpmorgan.com.

Please note that teams are not permitted to erect gazebos or bring glass bottles into Battersea Park. The race organisers and Battersea Park have the right to confiscate all glass bottles and remove any gazebos that are set up within the Park.
